Howdy, I'm Chris and just over there, that's Vanessa. We met working at Disney (agreed….sickening!) and have been damned near inseparable ever since. To my betterment…

So here's the biographic lowdown with No Far Horizons.
Hope we find you feeling healthy (more on these potentially recognisable song lyrics later, they're courtesy of Dave Matthews, but this is our bio, not his). No Far Horizons blossomed from two passions, the first is travel and the second first is writing. Both followed by sharing equaling caring and all that.
This is the part where a lot of other similar blogging minded folks start to talk about their why's and how's. We've noticed a lot tend to self dub as “Digital Nomads” or “Full Time Travelers” and God bless 'em I suppose but that ain't us (yet).
We skip town on meaningful adventures as much as we can with our contractually allotted amounts of time off (We both have satisfying jobs and they pay us, I work in prisons and Vanessa works in TV, of the Sci-Fi varietal) but aren't permanently on the go. Stressful jobs need relievin' now and then though, and when we do, we make for wherever tickles. In between trips, you'll find the two of us having transitioned to our lives in London, England.
With our American pronouns still intact.
Regarding those adventures being meaningful. Traveling should rarely be about checking off lists (more on that here-insert link to article “Best of What's Around). They're stressful. It is about shaking hands with new cultures, immersion into novel stories you've only dreamt you could be a part of, while building memories you can hang your hats on. We hope through some time together and sharing a coupla ours, maybe we could ignite a coupla yours?
That's our why.
And that's our short back story. More will probably trickle out from time to time but I refuse to bore you prematurely.
Most importantly, it's our honor you've come, let us know what we can do to make your journey a bit more comfortable. We know you have many choices when you fly so earnestly appreciate your decision to have joined us today. You're our guest and we humbly would like to say, I think we'll have a good time.
